This house is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the island with great orientation and sea views. Suitable for 8 persons, it is located near the sandy beach KARAVI only 5 min walk and only 7 minutes by car is the port, the local market and taverns.

The house is in a complex with 2 more independent villas, each one having its own big garden and full privacy. The verandas with a view to the Aegean Sea and to the entrance of the port, is ideal for complete relaxation.

The villa is autonomous giving you everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The house is deployed in two levels.

At the ground level there are 3 rooms. One room is detached and has a double bed with a shower bathroom. 
The main house has a front veranda with views to the sea and the entrance of the port. There are two bedrooms here, one with two twin beds and one with a double bed. Each of those rooms has a shower bathroom. 
On this level we also have the main fully equipped kitchen and the living room with built in sofas. 
At the upper level we have a double bed room with its own shower bathroom. there is a balcony with panoramic view to the sea and the mountains.

Two parking spaces are provided to you. Car is fully recommended.
